    We source our inventory from independent distributors and suppliers who we trust and have worked closely with for many years. This gives us the freedom to offer you authentic luxury time pieces at highly competitive price points and carry multiple high-end product lines. Authorized Dealers are typically unable to offer the variety of brands and discounts that we can. Authenticity is guaranteed on all of our timepieces. Our goal is to maintain prices as low as possible while providing you with the highest level of service.

     

    
    
    

    COVERAGE YOU CAN COUNT ON
    

    East Coast Time is not an Authorized Dealer for any of the brands offered on the AUTHENTICK website. As a result, many of our watches may not qualify for the original manufacturer's warranty. However, East Coast Time provides each buyer with an equivalent 2-year warranty to that of the manufacturer.

    In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your watch within 2 years of the date of purchase, you may send the watch back to East Coast Time for warranty servicing. If the defect is of a serious nature, we will have the watch returned to the manufacturer for repair. It is important to note, however, that many manufacturers typically take 4-8 weeks to repair a watch, or longer if parts are backordered.

    All warranty repairs must be handled directly through East Coast Time. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. East Coast Time will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, or theft.

    Shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, such as UPS or USPS. Do not ship via FedEx as FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500. Return shipments must be pre-paid and fully insured. Collect shipping will be refused. AUTHENTICK and East Coast Time are not liable for any loss or damages sustained during shipping.
